Production of Green Hydrogen & Green Ammonia

A project who will produce green hydrogen and green ammonia with 100% renewable energy — shaping the future of global energy.

How we produce Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia

Clean Power
Our facility runs on renewable electricity, ensuring the process is carbon-free

Splitting Water
With this electricity, we split water into hydrogen and oxygen.

Green Hydrogen
The hydrogen is captured, stored, and ready for use in clean energy applications.

Green Ammonia
By combining hydrogen with nitrogen from the air, we can also produce green ammonia — a versatile fuel and fertilizer with global demand.

Our industrial plot

Fully owned industrial plot/land

85,281 m² with PUP and UPI for production and storing of green hydrogen and with future expansion for producing green ammonia. In the documents below you can find the documents of the PUP and more.

Strategic Location

Our project is based in Kalitinovo, Bulgaria, a prime location with direct access to multiple major ports in the Black Sea and Aegean Sea. This ensures flexible export routes to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Secured Water supply

A critical factor in green hydrogen production is the availability of clean water for electrolysis.
Our project holds an official permit from the Ministry of Environment and Water of Bulgaria, granting us the right to use our own water resources. Click the button below to see the documents for it.

The industrial plot borders with 110 MW solar park from which it can get cheaper ellectricity.

Why Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia Matter

The Energy Transition
The world is moving away from fossil fuels. Industries, governments, and communities are looking for clean, reliable alternatives that can power economies without adding carbon to the atmosphere.

Green Hydrogen
Hydrogen is the lightest, most abundant element in the universe — and when produced with renewable energy, it becomes a clean fuel with zero carbon emissions. It can replace fossil fuels in heavy industry, mobility, and energy storage.

Green Ammonia
Ammonia is already one of the most traded chemicals in the world, used mainly in fertilizers that feed billions of people. When produced with green hydrogen, it becomes a carbon-free energy carrier and shipping fuel, making it easier to transport clean energy across borders.

The Future

Governments worldwide are investing billions into hydrogen and ammonia supply chains.

Heavy industries (steel, cement, chemicals) and global shipping are committing to green fuels.

By developing this project, we position ourselves at the center of this energy transformation.
